He has a wealth of experience in engineering as well as plastics textile industry. In 1963, he received his bachelor’s
degree in engineering from MS University, Baroda, and in 1965, he received his master’s degree from California. He
oversaw developing control systems for the Space and Advanced Energy Programs.
- He wished to return to India and contribute to society in whatever way he could.
- He lacked the resources to start somethin from scratch.
- He was, nevertheless, enthusiastic on pushing forward from the start.
- In the year 1979, he founded Mewar Polytex Ltd.
- Mewar Polytex’s core team reached unparalleled heights under his leadership.
- Due to his interest in societal development, he participates in a variety of social projects.
- From 1983 to 1985, he was also president of the Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has served as
President of the Rotary Club of Udaipur and Mahaveer International.
- His ethics and quality consciousness are part of the core values of the group.
- He serves as the Chairman and mentor for Mewar Polytex Group.
